Land and Water Stewardship Guild is a coming together of companies dedicated to being “Good Stewards” in the conservation, preservation, and restoration of our natural and fiscal resources . All are materials are made from nutrients (carbon, oxygen, hydrogen), and are returned to the soil and water.

Phase II Stormwater Products helps project managers, developers, regulators, and inspectors meet US EPA Phase II NPDES water quality standards. Unlike other management practices, our emphasis is on researching, testing and integrating beneficial micro-organisms in our compost to facilitate the revitalization of polluted stormwater, limit soil erosion and support plant growth.
Groundscapes Express provides innovative, environmentally sound, erosion control solutions. We utilize our patented products and proprietary materials, and have developed practices and systems for treating stormwater run off and polluted sedimentation originating from diverse conditions. We have gained the respect and support from our Conservation Agents, Engineers, and Landscape Architects for providing a quick and comprehensive response to soil erosion situations.
Eastern Design & Landscape Contractors is a full service company that works with our clients from conception, design, specifications, implementation, maintenance and monitoring. Our areas of special skills and expertise are in Invasive Plant Management; Soil - Building (biological, chemical, and physical), Soil - Erosion Prevention; Bio – diverse, environmentally adaptive plant community establishment; Water and Energy Conservation, Lower Life-Cost Landscape Stewardship Practices including Irrigation, Soil and Plant Health Monitoring; High – quality, Value – driven Sustainable Site amenities.
