About Us

Land and Water Stewardship Guild is a coming together of companies dedicated to being “Good Stewards” in the conservation, preservation, and restoration of our natural and fiscal resources .  All are materials are made from nutrients (carbon, oxygen, hydrogen), and are returned to the soil and water.

We design systems, practices, and products that do not interfere with the ongoing processes of  creating and sustaining life, but become a living partner, that emulates the healthy abundance of nature.

Our members:

Phase II Stormwater Products helps project managers, developers, regulators, and inspectors meet US EPA Phase II NPDES water quality standards. Unlike other management practices, our emphasis is on researching, testing and integrating beneficial micro-organisms in our compost to facilitate the revitalization of polluted stormwater, limit soil erosion and support plant growth.

Groundscapes Express provides innovative, environmentally sound, erosion control solutions. We utilize our patented products and proprietary materials, and have developed practices and systems for treating stormwater run off and polluted sedimentation originating from diverse conditions. We have gained the respect and support from our Conservation Agents, Engineers, and Landscape Architects for providing a quick and comprehensive response to soil erosion situations.
